Reporte: General Manager Brasil + Diretor de RH EUA

• Promote an employee-oriented, high-performance culture and create an environment to attract, develop, retain, and engage talent.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Administer compensation and benefit plans (review current plans)
• Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource programs and policies that foster positive employee relations.
• Partner with managers to ensure robust performance management processes and discussions.
• Assist and advice manager on human resources issues.
• Maintain current knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with union labor regulations.
