• Support the local manager on identifying opportunities and business planning;
• Cascade sales and marketing strategy across Brazil;
• Support Sales and Marketing team with Biological technical expertise;
• Provide product training to Market Developers, Sales Representative, Growers and Dealers;
• Provide pre and post sales technical advice and support about products;
• Identify and establish new business with key stakeholders (consultants, sales rep, dealers);
• Partner with R&D to deliver commercial biological trials at the customer interface;
• Ensure that sales targets are met for Biologicals.

Inglês – Nível Avançado

Outros requisitos:

• Graduation in Agronomy or related areas;
• Strong biological technical skills;
• Experience in the role within Biological Agriculture industry;
• Experience in commercial role will be considered a plus;
• Strong agribusiness market knowledge;
• Knowledge in Office Tools (Excel and Power Point)
• Availability to be based in the region of Campinas/SP;
• Availability to travel
